Our classes are unique and effective. We train leaders by limiting lecture time and maximizing hands-on learning. This method provides students the opportunity to practice leadership skills through challenging exercises that simulate real life situations.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Designed for high school teenagers aged 14 to 18, this class enables students to advance their leadership abilities and create positive change in their lives. All high school students greatly benefit from Teen Leadership Breakthrough – these teen years are the best years to develop their potential.

In Teen Leadership Breakthrough, teenagers learn:

• Focus
To concentrate on and prioritize their efforts and leave knowing they can achieve their goals.

• Communication
To share their thoughts and feelings and build trusting relationships; participants learn the importance of listening, asking questions, and powerfully conveying their ideas.

• Self-Confidence
To unleash their personal power by facing their fears and moving forward; participants understand that accomplishment comes from persistently taking action.

• Character
To identify their core values and beliefs; participants understand the characteristics of successful leaders and determine who they choose to be.

• Accountability
To commit to their word; participants discover the value of holding themselves and others accountable.

PREREQUISITE:
Must be a high school student or current graduate and at the age of 14 to 18.

COURSE LENGTH:
Two-and-a-half days.

Note: A minimum of one parent/guardian is required to be at graduation.
